Hallo meine Hübschen, ich hoffe ihr hattet auch ein
schönes Wochenende. Heute möchte ich euch etwas über die Sneakers erzählen. Ich
bin um ehrlich zu sein kein großer Fan dieser Art Schuhen wenn es nicht um
Sport geht. Aber der Hype um die Sneakers hat mich auch erwischt wie ihr es auf
den Fotos sehen könnt J
Nach der heutigen Sneakermesse in
München habe ich mich gefragt wo der Schuh eigentlich herkommt.
Der Sportschuh an sich wurde um 1860 in England für
Krocket entworfen. Mit der weichen Gummisohle war die Fortbewegung fast geräuschlos,
daher auch der Name Sneaker (engl. Schleichen). Die amerikanische Firma Keds produzierte in
dem Jahr 1917 das erste Mal die Sneaker als Massenware. Im selben Jahr bringt die Firma Converse knöchelhochen
Basketballschuh All Star auf den Markt. Den heute verbreiteten Namen Chuck erhielt
der Schuh vom Basketballspieler Chuck Taylor.
Als Freizeitschuh setzte sich der Sneaker in den
80-er Jahren mit dem Aufkommen der Fitnesswelle und der Hip-Hop Kultur in den
breiten Massen durch.

The American company Keds produced in 1917 for the first time the sneaker as a commodity. In the same year the company Converse brings basketball shoes All Star on the market. Any current name Chuck received the shoes from the basketball player Chuck Taylor.
As a casual shoe, sneakers have become an important part of hip hop and rock 'n roll cultures since the 1970s.
